Dental Plan Flexibility

The Met Life Dental PPO program allows you the freedom to visit any licensed dentist. There are, however, advantages to visiting a Met Life Dental PPO network dentist instead of a non-contracted dentist; mainly, the PPO network dentists charge as much as 30% less for their services than dentists not contracted with Met Life. Important Note

Please be aware that Dental and Vision plan enrollment is “bundled”; therefore, if you enroll in the Met Life Dental Plan, you must also enroll in the VSP Vision Plan.
