Use Plansource to Enroll
Panattoni partners with PlanSource to conduct paperless enrollment online. Please click here to link to the PlanSource enrollment website.
Your log-in name is your first initial, followed by the first 6 letters of your last name, followed by the last 4 numbers of your social security number - all lower case letters (e.g., ajohnso1234). You would have set up your password when you first accessed PlanSource. If you cannot remember your password, you may utilize the "forgot my password" option on the PlanSource log-in page (HR does not have access to your personal password). If you are a new hire and newly eligible for benefits, your initial default password was given to you by HR at new hire benefits orientation.
