Save For Your Future...

401(k) Information

Planning for your financial future is of critical importance to all employees of Panattoni.  There is an old saying, "Nobody plans to fail, they fail to plan." For this reason, Panattoni is very pleased to offer you the opportunity and tools necessary to prepare for your retirement. After satisfying the 3 month waiting period, eligible employees may enroll on the first of the upcoming month. Subsequently, employees can make changes at any time during the year (i.e. you don’t have to wait for an open enrollment period).  If you are eligible to participate, but not yet doing so, please take the time right now to start saving for your future…you can not afford not to! If you are already contributing to your 401(k), we hope you find the links below helpful in setting and keeping you on track with your financial goals. The Fidelity website in particular offers several resources to assist you in developing a solid foundation for your personal program, including information on how to protect your investments by naming proper beneficiaries or wills/trusts.

Service and Assistance

The Fidelity website offers resources for the beginning to the experienced investor. Whether you are just starting your journey down the employment path, or nearing retirement, the website can help you get started, evaluate your current investment strategy, and determine overall financial considerations even outside of the 401(k) plan by providing worksheets, tips, articles, online seminars and access to investment professionals. Topics range from ways to help you save on your next vacation, to preparing for a baby and his/her college savings, to caring for aging parents and determining whether you need long term care insurance. There is something in here for everyone!
